The quiet winter months in Maine, are necessary times for rest and thought - a time to nurture and explore the depths of our being I suppose - without sounding too dramatic on a Wednesday.
So during this time, I took a brief break from writing my short stories to play - to play with poems and what happened next surprised me! Words I didn’t even know I had in me, poured from my heart onto the pages.
With humble joy, this Saturday, I’ll be launching my tiny collection of 28 Sea Poems. Soft, beautiful thoughts to carry you to the sea, no matter where you live. And because I have so much gratitude for you being here, you will receive two special items:
One, you’ll receive the link before anyone else - during early dawn, an hour before a magical east coast solar eclipse to boot! And if you’re happily tucked under the covers full of dreams when your Saturday email arrives, don’t worry, the link will be patiently waiting for you when you are ready.
Two, a special (unpublished) eclipse/sunrise/new moon poem will be emailed to, also on Saturday.
As always, thank you for being here, it means so much.
